10× Faster Installation
A 3-person team installs 200 m² per hour — dramatically reducing labour costs and project timelines versus conventional concrete.
Delta Corp Sdn Bhd · Shah Alam, Malaysia
A flexible, concrete-impregnated mat that hardens on hydration to form a thin, durable and waterproof concrete layer. Ideal for slope protection, erosion control and canal lining across Malaysia — simply unroll and add water.
⚙ Quick Specifications
A Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (GCCM) is a factory-assembled geosynthetic composite in which a dry cementitious mixture is encapsulated within one or more layers of synthetic fabric. When hydrated with water, the cement undergoes a standard hydration reaction and hardens into a fibre-reinforced concrete shell.
Unlike conventional concrete — which demands batching plants, formwork and specialist equipment — GCCM arrives on-site as a compact roll and installs with minimal labour and zero heavy machinery. This makes it particularly well-suited to challenging Malaysian terrain such as steep hillside slopes, remote riverbanks and confined drainage channels.
GCCM vs Shotcrete: GCCM installs up to 10× faster than conventional shotcrete or cast-in-place concrete, with no mixing plant, no formwork and no specialist operators required.
Clear vegetation, compact loose soil and remove debris. No concrete base, formwork or sub-base preparation required.
Roll out the GCCM across the surface. Cut to shape with basic hand tools. Overlap adjacent sheets by ≥ 100 mm and secure with ground anchors or pins.
Spray with any water — fresh, brackish or sea water. The mat begins hardening in as little as 2 hours and reaches full structural strength within 24 hours. No further action needed.
Proven in over 100 countries across civil, mining, oil & gas and agricultural sectors, GCCM delivers a compelling combination of speed, durability and cost-efficiency.
A 3-person team installs 200 m² per hour — dramatically reducing labour costs and project timelines versus conventional concrete.
Hydraulic conductivity below 1×10⁻¹¹ m/s once cured — ideal for canal lining, ponds and secondary containment bunds.
The cured concrete layer is non-combustible, suitable for petrochemical sites, industrial bunds and remote installations.
Uses up to 95% less material than cast-in-place concrete. Minimal waste, lower transport footprint, no heavy on-site machinery.
Flexible before hydration — adapts to irregular slopes, contoured surfaces and confined spaces inaccessible to conventional concrete.
No concrete mixer, pump truck or formwork. Only basic hand tools and a water source — reducing project complexity and mobilisation cost.
≥ 40 MPa at 28 days with 5× greater abrasion resistance than standard OPC concrete.
Rated for 50–120 years with minimal maintenance, providing outstanding long-term value over conventional erosion control solutions.
Malaysia's tropical climate, monsoon seasons and active infrastructure development create urgent and wide-ranging demand for GCCM across multiple sectors.
Highway cut slopes, hill development sites and railway embankments at risk from monsoon erosion.
JPS drainage channels, irrigation canals and monsoon drains requiring durable, watertight lining.
Cost-effective lining of ageing culverts as an alternative to full replacement or bitumen spraying.
Secondary containment for palm oil mills, petrochemical plants and tank farms.
Tailings dam lining, retention pond containment and site drainage for mining operations.
Water retention ponds, irrigation channels and erosion control for oil palm estates.
Ditch lining, outfall protection and slope stabilisation along major road corridors.
Shoreline armouring and riverbank stabilisation in high-flow or tidal environments.

Malaysia's geography, climate and rapid infrastructure growth combine to create persistent, high-value demand for fast and reliable erosion control and slope protection solutions.
Annual rainfall exceeding 2,000 mm accelerates slope erosion and triggers landslides. GCCM provides rapid, permanent protection for exposed cut slopes.
Roads, highways, MRT/LRT extensions and rural projects all require fast, cost-effective slope and channel protection without heavy equipment mobilisation.
Millions of hectares of plantation land require drainage channels, retention ponds and erosion control solutions well-suited to GCCM deployment.
JPS culverts, monsoon drains and irrigation channels throughout Malaysia require cost-effective rehabilitation without full reconstruction.
Active mining sites and industrial facilities need robust secondary containment and tailings management resistant to chemical exposure.
Many Malaysian project sites are unreachable by concrete mixer trucks. GCCM's portability and simplicity — only water required — solves this completely.
